Jive Design Pty Ltd Warranty & Return Policy
Jive guarantees each piece of jewellery sold for 12 months from the date of purchase. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at Jive’s discretion. Naturally this does not cover damage by the purchaser, accidental or otherwise. Please note that some items are 'one only' and therefore cannot be replaced. Such items will be repaired, or in the event that this is not deemed possible, gift card good for 12 months will be issued for use in store or online.
Returns are welcome – we want you to love your jewellery - but we do have rules…
The returned item must be received by Jive Design within 14 days of the original shipment.
- ltems must be returned in the same condition as received. Any items that have been worn, altered, resized or damaged cannot be accepted for return. The amount of $13 for shipping will be deducted before issuing a gift card for those items sent postage free.
- Returns may be exchanged for merchandise of equal or greater value. If you are not ready to choose a replacement item, a gift card good for 12 months will be issued for use in store or online. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or credit. Please note in the event the first items was sent with free postage, the replacement will incur a $13 postage fee.
- PLEASE NOTE: SALE items may not be returned unless defective. Any defective items purchased on sale will be handled per our Jive Warranty noted above.
How to return an item:
- Email to firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorisation.
- Secure your item(s) and all the original paperwork you received with the item in a plain box (available at the post office), or the packaging we used to send it to you.
- Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package and note the RA number.
- Once the item is received back into stock a gift certificate for use in store or online will be emailed to you.
