Are my personal details and credit card information safe?
Yes, this information is encrypted and is not processed by Jive at all. No card information is received by, or held on file at Jive. We received only the approval notification of your purchase from our bank.
Can I ask questions before I place an order?

How can I be sure of the quality of the item?
We pride ourselves on sourcing not only the most unique items, but also the best quality items from Australia and around the world. We guarantee our jewellery for 12 months from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects or material failure. Our sterling silver jewellery is all .925 pure silver, and full details of additional materials are provided in the description. We offer exactly the same jewellery online as we do in our Hastings Street Gallery – and Hastings Street is one of the country’s leading retail shopping streets. All of our designers and jewellery brands are in the ‘premier’ category for both quality and the service they extend to us and our customers.
I am not sure of my ring size, how do I find out?
Select Find your Ring Size page on the main menu and follow the three easy steps https://www.jivedesign.com.au/pages/find-your-ring-size.
If you prefer, you can email us at email@example.com with your address and we will post you a free plastic Jive Multisizer Ring Gauge.
I do not want to purchase online, can I do it by telephone? Can I pay by money order or direct deposit?
Yes, please telephone the Gallery and we will be more than happy to take your order over the telephone. (Please have the details and code numbers of items you are interested in ready when you call).

If I don’t like it, or it doesn’t suit me, can I return my item?
Yes, we want you to love your new jewellery and be 100% thrilled with it. If not, simply email or telephone us for a Return Authorisation within 7 days of receipt of the item and then return the item to us in good, unworn condition by registered, insured post and we will exchange the item for you or issue a credit.
Is it safe to buy jewellery online?
Yes, Jive Design uses state-of-the-art data encryption technology to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of your information. It’s safe and secure, but you do have the option to provide your payment information by telephone if you prefer, so please relax and enjoy looking at our beautiful jewellery!
When do I receive order and shipping confirmation of my order?
After you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order within a few hours. (If any of these details are incorrect please contact Jive Design immediately by telephone or email and one of our sales consultants will resolve it).
We normally process orders the same day and we will send you a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your order is packed for posting. We send by parcel or express post.
