I would just like to say a big thank you to the staff at Jive for their efforts in tracking down an Antica Murrina pendant to replace one my wife bought in Venice last year which did not survive contact with our bathroom tiles! Although you didn't have it in stock (and it is a discontinued line), they went to the trouble of finding it in the UK for us. It was the last one they had and it arrived today.
