Returns:

Returns are welcome – we want you to love your jewellery - but even we have rules…

The returned item must be received by Jive Design within 14 days* of the original shipment.
ltems must be returned in the same condition as received. Any items that have been altered, resized or damaged cannot be accepted for return.
If you received the item as a gift purchased at jivedesign.com.au and wish to return it, the gift recipient can return the item for exchange only – a credit cannot be issued.

Warranty:

Jive guarantees each piece of jewellery sold for 12 months from the date of purchase. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at Jive’s discretion. Naturally this does not cover damage by the purchaser, accidental or otherwise. Please note that some items are 'one only' and therefore cannot be replaced. Such items will be repaired, or in the event that this is not deemed possible, the purchase price will be refunded.

How to return an item:

Email to info@jivedesign.com.au to obtain a Return Authorisation.
Secure your item(s) and all the original paperwork you received with the item in a plain box (available at the post office), or the packaging we used to send it to you.
Send the package using Australian Platinum overnight service or Registered, insured Mail, as this is the safest way to ship high-value items. Jive Design can not be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.
Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package and note the RA number.

Note: Please be careful NOT to write jewellery or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package as this may invite theft.
