Australia: Jive offers free fully insured shipping within Australia. Items are sent by registered post. 

For items required urgently, we can send by Express Post, jewellery sent by Express Post cannot be insured. 

We will provide you with an Express Post tracking number, but once it has been lodged with Australia Post, Jive cannot accept responsibility in the event of non delivery.

International: Shipping and insurance to New Zealand is $18.

Shipping and insurance to all other international locations is $25.00*.

*Except Canada:  Unfortunately, Canada Post requires that to qualify for insurance items must be sent to Canada by Express Priority International.  This is a premium service that currently costs $49.00. Please note, you may chose the less expensive international option ($25.00) and Jive will provide proof of shipment, however shipments will be uninsured and Jive cannot be responsible for shipments that do not arrive to Canadian addresses using this service.

We are working hard to keep our International shipments both secure and as low cost as possible and it is not our intention to ''profit'' from shipping, only to cover the cost of secure shipment. If the actual cost of shipping and insuring your order is higher than the amount noted above, Jive will pay the difference for you. If the cost is lower, Jive will issue a refund to your account.

Please note that import duties and taxes levied by the receiving Country are the responsibility of the receiver. We will use one of the following services to deliver all items: Australia Post or TNT International Couriers. Please note a signature is required for the release of your item.

 Approximate delivery times:

Australia: 4 - 7 business days for Victoria, NSW, ACT or QLD; 5 – 10 days to WA, SA, NT.
New Zealand 7 – 10 days; International: 7 – 14 days.
